COLOUR: Light brown to brown skin, translucent whitish flesh.

VISUAL APPEARANCE: Plump, full bodied fruit; thin leathery skin with pebbled texture;

stems remaining attached (fruit may be in bunches); free from foreign matter.

SENSORY : Firm, sweet, juicy white flesh with a consistency similar to a grape; flavour not tart or acidic; flesh separates cleanly and easily from skin; very large smooth dark brown seed often 50-70%

the diameter of the entire fruit; free from foreign and ‘off ‘ smells or tastes.

SHAPE: Round to slightly oval shape.

MATURITY: Firm with no green (immature) fruit
