INPUT MATERIAL STANDARDS
To ensure the highest quality of salted baby shrimp for our customers, TPP establishes stringent standards for input materials before proceeding with fresh shrimp production.
Shrimp must be fresh and free from any foreign substances.
The company must supply the salt that meets food safety and hygiene standards in order to preserve the shrimp.
The sensory requirements for preserved fresh shrimp should satisfy the following specifications:
1. The species' characteristic color is bright, without any signs of discoloration or color change.
2. Condition: Natural, with intact meat texture, not broken, and without a mushy texture.
3. The smell is naturally fishy, without any foreign odors.
4. Taste: Naturally sweet from the shrimp, with a salty flavor from the salt.
5. The preservative brine solution is clean and clear in appearance, free from impurities.
QC personnel inspect and accept only batches that meet the company's established standards.
